Our non-profit is run entirely by volunteers who are passionate about educating underprivileged children in India. In 2023, Asha Silicon Valley’s coordinated efforts have enabled 30,000+ underprivileged children in India to dream of a better life. This was possible through 24 project partners across 11 states, receiving over $567,000 in grants from Asha Silicon Valley. Team Asha Events Team Asha is a premier endurance sports training program. It provides personalized coaching, motivation and support for individuals with a goal to run a half/full marathon or bike 100 km/100 miles, do a sprint/olympic triathlon. Since year 2000, Team Asha has helped hundreds of athletes realize their endurance aspirations Learn More Our Projects We work with multiple projects (social help organisations) spread across the length and breadth of India. The projects deal with educational issues from pre-primary schooling to professional education in locations from urban slums to isolated rural areas. Click here to view our current projects. Sankalp Day Care One of our projects, Sankalp Daycare Centre provides training and education for children with special needs in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Sankalp Day Care Centre is a non-profit institution run by Kalyani Charitable Society which provides training and education for children with special needs. The centre was started in January’07 and is located in the heart of Kanpur city (Civil Lines) within the premises of the Georgina Mcrobert Memorial Hospital although the centre has an independent area and entrance.
